1. Who you are dealing with

Mirrorwell is operated by Power Forge AI LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #34966, Casper, WY 82609, United States, represented by Philipp Motzer, Managing Member. Contact: hello@mirrorwell.app. Our provider details are in the imprint, and how we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

2. What Mirrorwell is

There are two things on offer, and they are separate:

• The free reading. You answer a few questions and give your birth date, time and place. You see a first reading on the page immediately, and within 24 hours we send you a short written reading by email: your energy type, the basics of your birth chart, and whether the first reading got you right.
• The Full Blueprint Report, $29 USD. Fifteen chapters written from your Human Design chart, your astrological birth chart and the long form of a Big Five personality test, delivered as a web report and a PDF you keep. This is a pre-order: it is delivered within 6 weeks of your purchase.

3. For reflection and entertainment, not diagnosis

Mirrorwell is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic service. It does not diagnose, treat or predict anything, and it does not replace advice from a doctor, therapist or lawyer. Every statement in a reading is a hypothesis about you, offered so you can check it against your own life and discard it if it does not hold. Readings are generated with the help of artificial intelligence from your chart data and your answers, and are read by a human before they are sent during this first phase.

Human Design is used here as a framework for interpretation. It is not a scientific method, and we do not present it as one. The personality test we use is a validated instrument and is marked as such in the report, so you can see which parts of a reading can be checked and which cannot.

4. The pre-order

• Price $29 USD, charged once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• Delivery within 6 weeks of your purchase, to the email address you used at checkout.
• If we cannot deliver within that period, you can choose to wait or to get a full refund. If we cannot deliver at all, we refund you without being asked.

5. Who sells it to you

Checkout is handled by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record (merchant of record) for the purchase. That means Stripe is your counterparty for the payment itself and handles payment processing, any applicable sales tax or VAT, refunds, statutory withdrawal periods and chargebacks. We produce and deliver the report. If you want a refund, you can ask either of us; writing to hello@mirrorwell.app is usually the fastest way.

6. Our refund guarantee, on top of your legal rights

You can withdraw from the pre-order at any time until the report is delivered, for any reason or none, and you get the full amount back. One email is enough. This is a voluntary promise we make because you are paying for something that does not exist yet. It goes beyond what the law requires and it does not limit or replace any statutory right.

7. Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and the UK

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, in addition to the guarantee in section 6. Because Stripe is the seller of record, Stripe applies the statutory withdrawal information and periods at checkout, and the withdrawal instructions shown to you there are the binding ones for the payment.

For digital content and digital services, the statutory withdrawal right can lapse once delivery has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right. We do not rely on that: under section 6 you can withdraw until delivery regardless, and after delivery you can still write to us if something is wrong with the report.

8. How you may use the report

• The report is written for you personally. You can keep it, print it and show it to whoever you like.
• You may not resell it, publish it as your own work, or use it as source material for a competing product or for training a machine learning model.
• Please only submit birth details of other people if they know about it and agree. Those are their personal data, not yours.
• No automated access, scraping or bulk requests against the site or the API, and nothing that tries to break or overload it.

9. Liability

We provide Mirrorwell with care, but we do not promise that a reading is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose, and decisions you make after reading it are yours. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This includes liability for intent and gross negligence, for personal injury or death caused by negligence, for fraud, and your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including warranty rights for digital content.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection law of the country in which you have your habitual residence, and you can always bring proceedings there.

11. Changes

We may change these terms when the service changes. For a purchase, the version in force at the time of your purchase applies. The current version is always at https://mirrorwell.app/terms.
